Review on STEM Building Kit For Kids Ages 5-12: Ultimate Forts Builder Gift Set For Boys & Girls! by Ryan Thrasher

Creat, build design - great family projects!

We got together with a 6,8 and 10 yr old, to build the fort. We picked a fort diagram then I called out the balls and stick formation. Once the kids got going, they picked up on it real quick, we assembled the model and they thoroughly enjoyed it. With the extra pieces, we decided to re-engineer the pieces for maximum capacity. The kids also came up with ideas for doorways to reduce interference. Each fort diagram went up quick and was easy to assemble. The fort kit was a gift for the six year old. Two kids were able to sit inside, but three was a crowd. Luckily I had read the reviews and figured it was worth picking up some extra kits for the other two. They could build together or separate forts. The first picture is one kit, using all the pieces (adults can get in and out with ease). The second fort is using two kits. It's a little more castle-like and the kids can stand up in the tower. We spent the afternoon, building this as a family. I was the foreman/architect and gave instructions to the kids and dad. They all jumped in and were challenged but not overwhelmed. The structures are sturdy and in use (play space, sleep space). I highly recommend. Great way to work together as a team with the kids.
