I was surprised by the quality for this price.
I bought this gainer for a promotion at a crossroads (Hong Kong) for 299 per pack of 700 grams.2 packs. Enough for a month, I added 3 grams of creatine monohydrate to the gainer twice a day. The work is physically difficult, the food is not right, sleep 5.6 hours a day. In a month, a good muscle relief appeared, I did not gain weight, since I am an ectomorph. Such a result gave only all the time and then for six months of intense physical exertion at work.
