Absolutely PERFECT Boiled Eggs. We cook about a dozen a day and I love that I no longer have to carry a pot of boiling water around the kitchen! And it takes all the guesswork out of the timing. The shell came off almost all in one piece! Unfortunately the poached eggs were a disaster. The first time they didn't cook at all so I ran them a second time. The top layer was firm, which was fine, but the bottom 4 egg whites weren't fully cooked. It only costs me for boiled eggs but not for boiled ones. Big disappointment in that regard.
