The best thing about this tool for me personally was its ability of creating great looking video tutorials which were very easy in understanding by my audience hence increasing sales from them easily! Also it gave us more insights into our users behaviour so we could customize future campaigns better than ever before with minimal effort!! I also like how interactive these videos are because they can be used as presentation material or training materials too; all your needs will surely come within one application once you have installed their product fully.

There's nothing much i dislike apart form that sometimes when recording audio/video there might not always appear but still work perfectly fine unlike some other tools where recordings do fail occasionally. So if any customer asks who should use then please definitely go through out testimonials reviews etc firstly (i know many people don't take time doing research) just try using few trial sessions see what difference does make!
