The ability of recording your screen in real time with audio so you can share it easily for customer service or training purposes without being there yourself! It's easy for our team members who do not use computers or have no idea how it works at all! The support from this product was amazing as well. I was looking for something like this service but with more features such as video recording of website visitors actions so i can get some insights from them in case they want me help solving an issue or just wanna talk about it etc..It's not available yet even though there are many packages offered by other companies (such us) which has cheaper price than theirs! I like how easy it was for me as an admin of our site to see what my users were doing in order to make changes or improvements where needed (and not have them complain about being "spied" upon). I love how customizable it is. It allows me to choose what kind of content I want my audience to see, when they are supposed to see it, and where they are in the site. The only downside is you can't customize your content in advance (you have to create it in real time). You do get quite a bit for your money. The best thing about this tool for me personally was its ability of creating great looking video tutorials which were very easy in understanding by my audience hence increasing sales from them easily! Also it gave us more insights into our users behaviour so we could customize future campaigns better than ever before with minimal effort!!
