Review on SleepRight Ultra-Comfort Dental Guard: Experience 😴 Optimal Comfort and Protection While You Sleep by Tara May

I woke up with a terrible headache and my sleep doctor (I have sleep apnea) couldn't figure out why. Went for regular dental check-ups and my dentist told me that I grind my teeth a lot and recommended that I get a mouthguard immediately. He suggested I try the finished version before considering the custom made (much more expensive) version from his office (which was nice of him). I found this brand at Target but they don't stock it so I'm glad I found it at Revain. This model was previously known as the Slim-Comfort. The bites rotate and adjust in 4 positions, with the entire contraption being minimal so it doesn't feel overpowering in the mouth (I've tried a boil up before and couldn't sleep because it was too bulky and in my mouth reached) . As soon as I started using this brand/model my headaches stopped. So thankful.
