Ideal for emergency spares.
Bought these for a quick replacement night protection with prescription. I hadn't had time for the second one and was desperate. My other was badly broken and I had migraines at night from grinding my teeth. This worked very well for me. Easy to shape. I liked that there were two types. I initially decided on 6 mm and was quite surprised by the thickness even after installing it.
