Interesting project but you must read the instructions very carefully to succeed. When removing parts, insert them on either side of the circuit board and pull out slightly until free, do not force. Take your time - patience will be rewarded. After removing the part, grind the mounting burrs and wax the gears thoroughly. Before attaching any moving part, be aware of where it may contact another part and apply a liberal amount of wax to both surfaces. After assembling each part, you will see a green tick in the instructions. Compare what you just did to make sure you haven't missed anything, as it's very difficult to disassemble a completed model without damaging it. After assembling each moving part, work hard on it until it moves freely and smoothly, and do the same when you're done. Much luck.
