If I could give a zero rating I would. This microwave oven is a fire hazard! I plugged it in - put a plate in for the microwave and turned it on. Loud popping. Sparks and flames are fired from both sides of the microwave and from the back of the microwave. The pungent smell of electric fire. I wasn't sure if it would explode or if my whole kitchen would catch fire. I couldn't stop the heating and it wasn't safe to open the door or try to turn off the microwave. The microwave finally fried itself. My kitchen smelled like an electric fire. My cupboards and apron were covered in black soot. I wrote both Revain and Nostalgia Electronics. Neither of them seemed to care. Stay away from this product.
