You have to be at full volume to hear what you hear. They connected quickly, but I work in noisy places and need to hear calls and speak to my co-workers. I actually only bought these as a temporary replacement for my Airpod Pro earbuds while waiting to replace my charging case. My airfields SHOULD NOT be full scale. I almost don't have to turn the volume up, but they have to be cranked up high and it's still hard for me to hear.
