Do yourself a favor and buy a "standard" brush - a Munchkin bottle and nipple brush, colors may vary by Munchkin. As other reviewers have said, it squirts you everywhere. The brush itself is large, so you really have to stuff it into standard-sized bottles. And mostly why I would give it a low rating is that the bristles are NOT effective for cleaning the inside of your bottles. The standard Munchkin brush has a sponge at the end that really removes any oily milk residue from the sides and bottom of the bottle. This is a big problem when you are breastfeeding as the higher fat content leaves a greasy film.
