Do yourself a favor and buy a "standard" brush - a Munchkin bottle and nipple brush, colors may vary by Munchkin. As other reviewers have said, it squirts you everywhere. The brush itself is large, so you really have to stuff it into standard-sized bottles. And mostly why I would give it a low rating is that the bristles are NOT effective for cleaning the inside of your bottles. I've tried many brands and these brushes have become my favourites. I like hard bristles. The suction cup stand is one of my favorite features and the brush can stand on its own while you use the nipple brush. Yes, the nipple brush will rust over time, but it's still worth replacing every once in a while (5 stars if it's not rusted, but I like the nipple brush here versus the weird silicone nipple brushes). I originally had a Munchkin bottle brush with a sponge on it, but it didn't last long because the sponge fell apart. I bought this because I was looking for something more durable and long lasting. Two complaints: 1. The brush is very stiff making it difficult to get in and out of the bottles (Ameda bottles) and definitely not suitable for Snappies bottles. I found the width of this brush to be too wide and the bristles too hard making it difficult to clean all the tiny spaces between my bottle and pump parts. First, this brush is almost too big to fit my Medela pump bottles and probably any other regular sized bottles in my mouth. If I use enough force I can barely push it in, but soap and water splatter all over the place when I pull it out! What a mess! Also, the bristles are a lot stiffer than I expected.
