Review on 📸 Efficient Scanning Made Easy: Visioneer One Touch 5800 USB Flatbed Scanner by Douglas Davis

This product does not include a power cord. After reviewing the software, I found that this scanner is so outdated that it will not work with computers running anything newer than Windows XP. Revain didn't say that. Couldn't even access the software's help section as it's very old. This purchase caused a lot of stress. Got to hell because the item was unboxed and shipped in store packaging to be thrown around with regular USPS mail. I even paid about $15 for shipping to send priority because it was important to me. Now I skip my deadline and end up taking 20 pounds of paper with me to travel all over South America for six weeks. You'd think the packaging would be better for this amount. Couldn't believe a scanner would be shipped out this way for extra money. I am requesting a return of the product and an additional shipping fee of $15 and an apology.
