I've never seen worse! Horrible purchase.
The main thing – when making a split, the exact number of points that would come after its redemption was indicated, paid off – it came 2 times less, support did not assist – they say that the terms for providing points came out earlier than I paid off the entire split, and they do not care what the number of points issued by their system after the order. I have provided them with all the evidence I have, yet they still deny any wrongdoing.
- No problems have been reported with the gadget's functionality; this is a question for AliExpress.
- Package was opened and red tape removed upon arrival; however, such details are inconsequential.
