TRITDT (Review of Unsatisfactory Customer Experience): Unfortunately, I have had a terrible time with TRITDT. They have a wide selection, however the online shopping experience and customer service are lacking.

To begin, I couldn't figure out how to get about on their website. It was difficult to track down the items I required, and even when I found, the product descriptions were often vague, leaving me uncertain as to whether or not the components would work with my vehicle. Second, my interaction with the customer support department was underwhelming. Their customer service was unresponsive and useless when I contacted them. It was annoying and time-consuming that I had to follow up several times to receive the answers I wanted. Last but not least, the delivered goods were of inferior quality compared to what I had anticipated. Although they use high-quality materials for their components, the overall quality is low. Buying from a professional was first appealing, but I ended up spending extra time and money making the pieces fit. In general, TRITDT is not somewhere I'd go to for quality car parts. Although they offer a large variety of products, the low quality of their customer service and merchandise make it difficult to recommend them.
