I have no damage to the box noticed or even a box for tools which surprised me a little reading some of the other reviews Two things - 1. I didn't get the keys for the lock which was another previous complaint it's ok it is a very common key I already have a pair of these 2. The latch was quite stiff when I first opened it.. I opened/closed it a couple of times thinking it had just been picked then it fell one of the latches off. It turned out that the key holding the latch was stuck. I reinserted the key but the same thing happened. Space is pretty tight to work on so I removed another one latch. I used needle nose pliers to pry the S set the pin wrench in the opposite direction so that the loop rubs against the inner plate. second lock. Now smooth as silk. Everything else looks fine.
