The last roll of cable I received came on a wooden spool that tended to splinter. This very good, high-quality cable fits well and is easy to distribute - made of plastic on a roll. I do not like wooden spools, they are much more convenient to work with. A set of wire cutters was included but I have a full size stainless steel wire cutter/crimper so I doubt I'll use the cutters that came with it. . But be aware that if you don't have cutting tools, they will be provided. Cutting stainless steel wire, especially 1/8 inch, without the right wire cutters can be a REAL PLEASURE. You don't want to cut this type of cable without the right tool, so bravo that they include it. I wouldn't hesitate. bring again and recommend.
