We measured our grandson's foot to make sure we got the right size and he is a US size 8 for toddler. Ordered a size 8 for toddler and shoes didn't even come close to matching size 8 they were too big and if we want to wait a few years they might fit. Do yourself a favor and fret about returning it because it's a shot in the dark if you think you'll end up with the right size.
