This is amazing, read the review for tips and warnings.

Very check, not what you see, I'm at everyone's home. The mirrored numbers are backed with a thick black foam that sticks to it with a sticky backing. You apply each number by hand and then attach the foam sheet to the wall or surface with the second sticky adhesive on the back. (Note that this stuff is very sticky, if it goes on it will burn. You better get it right the first time, it takes the paint off the wall.) They provide a tool to set the numbers like that that allows you to customize the scope of your hours. It's easy to use if you temporarily secure the center section with what they call a non-contact nail. You don't actually have to mark the wall, but it's a good idea to use masking tape to mark the look you want before removing the backing. on foam templates *Hint: I used the ruler of the layout tool to place the roman numerals on the straight ends of the numerals. So I knew the numbers would be reasonably balanced. As you place the hands on the clock, move them around as well until you find a notch that allows both hands to slide. You shouldn't try to enlarge the hole in the thrift stores! Not. Just keep moving it around the center of the dial until it slips. The instructions are not translated well. This is an amazing product when made and it keeps time extremely well! Here's a picture. Hope this helps you decide. Hooray!
