First let me say that I have very bad pain in my wrists, arthritis. My doctor gave me wrist braces and they fix my wrist well, but it's almost impossible to type properly. These compression gloves helped me solve both of my problems. I can type better with gloves on and they're great for pain relief. Remember these are compression gloves so they should not be loose, be careful when putting them on and taking them off. I've been using it for about two weeks. I use them all the time at work and at home when my wrist starts to hurt and I'm really feeling better. I also sleep with it on and off and my wrist feels good in the morning. Well, if you're fashion savvy, well I look like an idiot walking around in business/casual work clothes with open fingered black gloves.
