Pleased with the second lock I received. The first one didn't work after I installed a new number. I returned the lock and the company contacted me straight away and they assured me they would work with me to fix everything. They said some of the locks were broken and the new one should be fine. You were right! The new one works great and the cute bell reminds me of the one I had as a kid. The tool kit stays in my bike bag and has already rescued me from a traffic jam when the shifter was stuck. I highly recommend this company and this castle.
