I'm a vegetarian and I can easily say I've tried almost every brand of protein powder, bar etc. I've always felt sick but the taste, lots of added sugar or indigestion I've had after using these products. The bottom line is that I decided to stick with pea protein powder (unflavored and with a good profile of essential amino acids). Then I found HumanPro tablets. It is less likely to cause abdominal discomfort. I have to say it's true, I took 15 pills on day 1 with no problem and on day 2 I took 10 pills on an empty stomach because I'm hungry and I don't have any discomfort. This is a huge win-win for me as I can consume protein without the nauseous effects of being forced to drink pea protein powder. The only interesting thing is that the amino acid profile of HumanPro Tabs is actually not as complete as, for example, pea protein. On my photo you can clearly see that HumanPro tablets contain fewer amino acids. However, I am very happy with this alternative that can provide me with protein without the calories associated with eating it and without the bloating or stomach upset. I will definitely buy it again and try other products from this company.
