Review on 🔴 Milliard Lip Balm Crafting Kit: Pouring Tray & 50 White Tubes Included by Emma Jones

I bought this kit in February 2021 and ended up just opening it to start making lip balm for my business. I noticed my kit did not include heat shrink tubing even though it said it did. I emailed the company at info@millardbrands.com as listed in one of their directories. Emails have bounced a few times and there is no other way to reach them. They deducted two stars for that. Otherwise, the lip balm tubes fit the sample perfectly. "Regular" sized tubs will probably be too big for the holes, but if you buy their hoses they should be a snug fit. I've made a few dozen lip balms for friends and family and I love how the tubes fit in the tray and the scraper works flawlessly. In the first batch I made the tubes seemed full, but after a few minutes I came back and saw that the mixture had settled and they all had large grooves on the tops and most of the center sticks were exposed. So I learned to fluff it up a bit and then scrape off the excess wax mixture once it has set. I was able to put a sampler and scraper on top of the dishwasher (after scraping off as much wax as possible) and they cleaned great (no warping). So, if it weren't for the fact that not all items were included in the box (and it took me so long to verify the contents) and the fact that I can't even contact the company, I would give this five- star rating. Too bad.
