Review on 💡 TORCHSTAR Daylight UL Listed LED Bulb with Incandescent Equivalence by Joe Mendez

I bought it on April 13, 2020. I installed these lamps in a 10 foot high ceiling light. 3 of them started flickering and eventually stopped working. I contacted Torchstar for a replacement. They said that you have to take a picture of the broken lightbulbs. The?!?! They actually wanted to photograph their dead bulbs in my lamp. To prove they were dead I suppose? I have already replaced the bulbs that were in the lights with purchased ones. I wouldn't haul my 12 foot ladder again to swap out the bulbs for dead ones just for the sake of the picture. Of course I could just fake the picture and not turn on the light, but overall what was on offer was just poor customer service. In any case, Torchstar, I do not recommend your lamps. They're crappy quality. They lasted less than 6 months. Your customer service is bad. I wouldn't buy them again. former customer.
