Review on Uila by Rob Rogers

The best part of working here is that they are very transparent about their work culture, it's not just marketing talk! I have been in this industry since last 10 years but never had such an open environment where you can freely share your thoughts without fear to be judged or criticized by others (which happens sometimes). Sometimes i feel like my opinion matters less than other people who do nothing!! But then again thats how any organization works right? No complaints at all so far :) They provide great support when needed as well which helps us out during bad times too ;) Highly recommended if one wants transparency from day 1 itself! Nothing much yet - Just being honest :D.
