We have the best meat thermometer from what is probably the leading company in the industry. It works great and is so accurate I didn't think there was a competition. All the best chefs use it. Well, this little thing for under $20 works just fine. It looks good and does the job, measuring temperatures accurately and cooking perfectly cooked meat and fish. It's also lighted so it really comes in handy outside by the BBQ where most of our BBQs are held. My top product lasted 12 years and cost $80. The question will be durability as it costs a quarter of the price but only time will tell. So far so good though!
