Useless if I can't program/Revised

Received the radio this afternoon. Good delivery time and I was happy to possibly get it online. I spent the next 6 hours getting the programming cable and radio up and running on Windows 7 using the software that came with it. There is no information on the internet about this. I connected the programming cable to the radio, plugged it into the USB port and turned on the radio. The computer beeps as if recognizing a USB device. Went into device manager to find the device and it shows in a different column (unlike the serial port) as "USB Digital Radio Mode" instead of showing the actual UART device name. Can't find the correct driver for it anywhere, so the radio is useless to me as it can't be programmed! I have a lot of experience programming complex commercial radio, so I'm confident I know what I'm doing. Probably sent back. Since I haven't been able to program it and get it working, I can't give a full review. RESOLUTION FOR THIS REVIEW: I have found that the problem is with the USB interface driver which is built into the radio and not included in the cable. The seller contacted me and was eventually able to email me the correct driver. After installing the driver, there were no problems programming the radio. Not a bit more difficult to program than other commercial radios (but more difficult than most portable ham radios), which worked very well. Since then this radio has been in daily use without any problems and with very good performance. Because of this and the excellent customer service, I have raised my rating to 4 stars. I'm curious how this radio will hold up over time, a friend bought one at the end of last year and has already had to return it for a new one. Maybe 5 stars if it lasts.
