This blender's yoke (the part that holds the blade and screws the jug to the base) broke after two months. I've used the blender probably 10 times and called customer service which took a while and wasn't very helpful. The rep asked me what I put in the blender. I told her ice cream, almond milk, flaxseed oil and 6 frozen strawberries. She asked if I had defrosted the strawberries beforehand and I said no. She then told me to let the strawberries thaw first. Hmmm. It blended my morning smoothie pretty well before the collar broke, now I don't have a working blender.
