not so easy to use

I don't find this type of product perfect at all. However, I have no other option to clean my windows, which are completely shielded from the outside. While that's better than nothing, the glass has often fallen off. The key moves very slowly and enters as straight as possible. Even then I had stains and it fell off several times. All this is to say that I don't have a better idea and my windows are dirty.
