Review on Posca Marker Medium Colors Original by Jennifer Roberts

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great for art and writing!

Posca pens are great for creating posters because it's the ink in the pen. You can get different sizes of tips, from very thin to very thick, which I find useful for small details or filling in large gaps. Personally, I use Posca pencils for drawing because they're solid and don't layer (because the more you paint, the darker). The ink is hard and very pretty, but very thick that it bleeds through regular printer paper. I suggest using a thicker paper that can handle the ink. Regardless of how thick your paper is, repeatedly traversing the paper will begin to tear the paper, as if the pen tip is biting a tooth of the paper. It dries quickly and doesn't smudge until you touch wet paint. The packaging comes with a transparent pouch containing all the pens. The label/color name on each of the pens is written in Japanese, luckily I'm Japanese so I can read it if you can't read it, the color names are printed on the barcode in English. P. stands for pastel. All in all it was a very good purchase!

Pros
  • With natural colors, gold and silver color!
Cons
  • Available in white only
