My wife is REALLY surprised but there is something missing to criticize this oven. A nice upgrade from our old manual oven, this has multiple programs making it a reasonably competent replacement for most kitchen appliances you have. Since we got this, we often don't even use our full size oven anymore. Our deep fryer was out of order as was the toaster. All in all, used counter space is MUCH less valuable than using multiple devices. The convection setting reproduces our fryer's capabilities so well that we intend to donate the fryer. The intelligent toast programs work so well that our chic toaster also toasts. We found the bagel toasting setting took MUCH longer than just the standard toasting setting, but I believe the reason is that it's trying to fully heat the bagel and not just brown the top. Convection Nachos are fantastic, in fact they're specially made to cook pizza evenly and quickly. My least favorite thing is that the lights only stay on for a few minutes at a time. I like to leave the lights on so I can check in. while you do other things. The second most disliked part is having to press "Start" after preheating for the programmed time. As soon as I turn it on and set the time and temperature I want to walk away instead of waiting for it to finish preheating so I can press start. It's incredibly well made with a thick, heavy, spring-loaded door. This isn't one of those flimsy, cheesy ovens that are all too common. The fan is on the right side so we give it some space and the fan will run after the cycle is complete until it cools down. There is no doubt that this is a very, very well built and quality convection oven. Would 100% recommend, now we use it almost daily when our last one wasn't useful or functional enough to use more than once or twice a week.
