I feel like my old heater was warmer and quieter

I feel like my old heater was hotter and quieter but hey it works and my bathroom is warm enough. What I really want is a super quiet option. To be honest, the exhaust and stove are loud! Update 3/4/17, this plugin was pulsing on and off 4 to 5 times. At least twice it had to stay off for a while before I turned it back on. It's been a few weeks since that happened, just waiting for him to even die. The number of stars has been reduced from 4 to 2.
