I was thrilled when INvench offered to work with me as a social media influencer to market their toys. Unfortunately, I was left feeling dissatisfied after using their wares. Their trinkets may be meant to teach and motivate, but they use cheap plastic. The figurines were poorly made, and many pieces were lost during play. Children had a hard time figuring out how to use them because the directions were poorly written and lacked clarity. Surprisingly, given the claimed educational benefits, my child's focus was not held for long by the toys. I was hoping for more from INvench, given their advocacy for play's importance in a child's development. I feel conflicted about recommending their products to other parents and am hesitant to support them as an influencer. My time spent with INvench products was, on the whole, disappointing. It is my sincere desire that they continue to put the needs of their customers first, which includes enhancing the quality of their goods. I can't recommend their products until then.
