Of course I bought this in 2012, 9 years later, so it's fair to say that not many manufacturers should be reliable in such a period. But the thing is, I think I've used it less than 10 times. Today I tried to use it again and the signal that comes out is not strong and unreliable. For example, if I play a track and then turn the volume knob on my mixer, the output on my monitor actually goes down and it can accidentally go up again. Strangely I had to replace it with another Hosa cable, this time RCA 1/4" not ideal as it is not stereo on the 1/4" side.
