I have rebuilt both front air spring struts with this kit. It worked fairly well and was not a difficult task for the most part. The kit does not include internal o-rings for the rack stand itself. However, o-rings are provided for the controller/valve. With this kit, you also need to store and reuse the pins that hold the top of the rack in the pocket. So be careful when you take them out. Note that you will need a Ford scan tool to be able to depressurize/depressurize the system and you MUST turn the air pump off with the switch before starting work. Once installed, make sure to use the same Ford tool, do an air system test, and then calibrate the ride height. (All suggestions here. Do your own thorough research or have it professionally installed! Your mileage may vary. BE SURE!) The bags are already installed. I give it four stars for the lack of internal o-rings and lack of documentation. Otherwise a great purchase.
