I never gave 1 star but here I am. But let me tell you, it wasn't even close. I was able to push it through a few inches by trying to widen the hole with a hammer and screwdriver (and spraying the exhaust pipe with WD-40), but it dulled. Once I had it a few inches it was absolutely solid. Far from where it should have been, but completely stuck. I ended up having to cut my exhaust pipe off as I couldn't get it off and even now I can't get that piece of exhaust pipe out of this thing. It's a mess. Oh, and the powder coating started chipping off during this process. Not sure how it would hold up on freeways and roads.
