I bought this after the family loved it which increased their stock and eliminated the 'pumping'. I've used it multiple times at different times at different times of the day and not consistently, so maybe I wasn't using it optimally, but I haven't seen any "wonderful" results from it. It sticks to me very well, is easy to clean, easy to pour and overall easy to use, accommodating whatever breastfeeding let downs I have but not necessarily replacing pumping. I typically gain 1-2 ounces while breastfeeding, but with my electric pump I would pump out about 4 ounces. At first it hurts a little when sucking, but after a while the pain goes away, like pumping. or just a breast milk trap so my MAIN goal was to get the wasted milk on one side so I'm not necessarily dissatisfied with the product but I'm disappointed I didn't see the amazing results from these other ladies. I will continue to use this product even if it's just a disappointment. Note: I don't usually have a lot of leaks.
