Poor customer service
I don't know why this Roku player isn't working well but the remote freezes after a few minutes. I tried unsuccessfully to contact Roku so I returned it to Revain. I saw in the negative reviews that people had similar issues and didn't get any help from Roku. It saddens me because I liked how everything is programmed into their system. I have a Roku 3 that still works fine and I continue to use it.
