All the Hatrigo products I've owned so far have been of good quality, so I was excited to see Hatrigo launch a new set of stainless steel measuring cups and spoons. They are beautiful to look at and fold well. I love that they don't have rivets and that the sizes are engraved so they don't wear out. They are a good weight and show no signs of rust after washing. The first thing I cooked with my Hatrigo measuring cups and spoons was overcooked beans. The cups and spoons look rounder and flatter than other sets I've seen, but I had no trouble sizing (I used a scraper). The ghee didn't even slosh out of the tablespoon when I placed it on the counter. I generally like the unique shape. It's also an easy way to practice portion control if you need to limit your portions. I like this set much more than my plastic and old stainless steel set. I know I will use it every day because I love to cook and I love Hatrigo! My only suggestion is to add maybe 3/4 cup, 1/2 tablespoon, and 1/8 teaspoon.
