I am 5ft 10", weigh 165 pounds and have a 34" waist. I'm medium size and it fits me. Keep in mind that these are no ordinary cotton jogging pants designed for walking around the house. They are less soft and more like real pants. (70% cotton, 25% polyester, 5% elastane). They are thinner and fit better than your sweatpants that make you laze around at home all day. They also have zippered side pockets which are a little sore when you have your hands on. next to you and they touch the lightning. No big deal, just be aware.
