I bought these to add to the back of dry fit shirts. They are very easy to use. However, there were no instructions. I used the "Cotton" setting on my iron. Place the number with the plastic side up. Press the iron firmly for a few seconds. Wait for the number to cool completely before attempting to peel it off. If they begin to peel off and the number isn't fully adhered, stop and use the iron again. The numbers in the washing machine are good, but the dryer on full blast is not recommended. Numbers peel off and break.
