See I've tried many HDMI to USB-C cables because even though I have a smart TV, it doesn't support screen sharing. My last cable was from Gator Cable and I thought it was bee knees. But in the end, the USB-C connector came loose like hot dogs down the hall. And that means that once plugged in, the connection breaks very easily and I've pretty much had to leave it on the table or lose connection when moving or picking it up. But this brand's cable fits my phones so snugly and securely. small hole and I have a feeling it will be a very long time before I have to replace it again. Even the picture is better than any of my other cables. The color is better, the picture is clearer. It's just the best cable all around. And for the price you can't go wrong. All other reviews boasting about this cable are true. It is undeniably superior to the competition. Give it a try, I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Hope my review helps. In addition, the braiding of this cable is thick and very durable. I know it's just a cable but this is the best I've found and not only is it genuine, it's definitely an upgrade over every other cable I've had. Also, stay away from cables that come with a second cable to charge your phone. I've had 3 different ones and all 3 barely keep your phone going and got what I would call dangerously hot. For example, maybe burn down your house. The temperature barely gets warm, and at least it's the same temperature as my TV. Again, I hope this helps you make the right decision :)
