Didn't work for calluses

I have very thick, rough heels. I've tried a foot mask in the past that didn't work at all on my heels and thought I'd give it another try. You get three masks in the box, which is a lot. Before you begin, make sure you have scissors and no-show socks handy. The booties are pre-filled with exfoliating chemicals. They are made of thick plastic and lined with paper-like fabric on the inside. Booties are connected, they need to be cut. I stacked them together and used the edge of the bathroom counter to push the product deeper into the booties before slicing them apart. They come with tape to secure them around the ankles which holds up well and is a snug fit. Five stars for the quality of the boots design. As recommended, I wore socks over my booties for easier walking and to get the chemicals closer to my skin. I then sat back in the chair for the maximum recommended time, then jumped into the shower to take off my slippers and rinse my feet. After a few hours, the tops of my legs were as dry as if they were covered with a piece of paper. After two days, the upper parts of my legs started to peel off. By the fifth day I was leaving traces of dry dandruff all over the house. I had so much dry skin between my toes that I couldn't stand it anymore and I used a foot file to rub off all the dead skin. I would recommend an exfoliating mitt for this job. In the end, this mask didn't affect my healing and roughening of the skin on my big toe. It seemed that it only cleans the non-rough skin. I'll try again and use a foot file on those uneven spots first and see if I get a different result.
