Works exactly as I planned!
My 78 year old stepfather has severe visual impairment and difficulty walking (bad combination). He added a plywood step to his garage door to make it easier for the aging pup to get in and out. But the color of the wood against the floor and the dark garage made this area difficult to use. I painted the step for him, securing it with L-brackets so it doesn't move and taped it around the edge so it's more visible. The tape was easy to use, stuck very well and as you can see in the photo it's easy to see. Will also be installing some on my dark garage steps.
