Has worked fine for years but just got told I'm EOL and SOL

Another planned Sonos product that's showing its age. Anyone who bought it before 2015 just got an email saying Sonos will stop supporting that means no updates meaning that the moment one of your music services changes something about it, how it works with its API (and therefore needs an update), you now have a useless building block. I have a house full of Sonos devices and won't be buying any more.
