Good product, holds phone while walking, works very well if you have wireless headphones to walk or bike without tangling. However, it is not so good for jogging. My phone jumped out a few times and fell to the ground. Luckily I don't have an Apple product (ahaha!) otherwise it would have broken. My phone fell on the floor and I just picked it up, put it back in and kept going. But if you have an iPhone, this case could cost you a lot of money since there is nothing inside to protect your phone. It's comfortable and fits my hand well. I'm a pasta person so the small size fits perfectly, but I need some sort of velcro at the top to keep the phone from bouncing around. If you can walk or bike without a lot of bumps and jumps, I think you'll be fine.
