Review on 🌀 NuTone 5901A000 Blower Wheel Assembly: Superior Efficiency and Performance by Scott Bradford

I have a 1971 8672 Vent a Light Fan. I have replaced the motor but not the fan impeller. My repair took a few weeks with the original fan wheel. I ordered this replacement wheel because the new motor had 1 flat side and the original fan wheel had a different configuration. Although this product says it is made by Nutone, the part I received is not made by Nutone or Broan. It was made by a company in Indiana. Since I was in dire need of a new impeller for a new engine, I didn't have time to argue about who made it. I installed it and it seems to work great with the new motor. The new fan motor actually makes less noise. I recommend if you have one of the old Nutone fans and need to replace the motor, don't waste time salvaging the impeller. Just order a new one that fits. The price is right for this part. This saved me the cost of a new fan in addition to installing it. It's not something I would install myself as it would require cutting drywall and I'd rather pay someone to do it right than live with the hack job I end up doing.
