Review on ๐Ÿ”ช Top-Rated Rada Cutlery Regular Paring Knife: Pack of 2 with Sleek Black Handle - A Must-Have Kitchen Essential! by Larry Simpson

Great paring knives, budget or not

These are good quality knives, just like every other Rada knife I've had. I bought these to replace the paring knives I lost (I forgot to pick them up from my last job). This pair had polished aluminum buttons, so this time I decided to try these black SS buttons. As with my other Rada knives, they work very well. Although the blades aren't thick, the steel is of good quality and will last longer than most other brand paring knives I've dealt with. I clean these knives after each use; In just a few seconds, these blades are extremely sharp and ready for the next use. Even for those who use them multiple times before re-sharpening, the steel Rada uses is easy to sharpen, especially given the thin blades of these paring knives. The pens in this particular set are NOT BLACK PLASTIC as many other reviewers claim. They are made of black, slightly textured stainless steel and are more dishwasher safe than polished aluminum handles. However, cutlery should NEVER be simply washed in the dishwasher. Regardless of what they are made of, they SHOULD be hand washed and dried after each use. However, since the Rada undoubtedly received a lot of complaints about their brushed aluminum finish, they started making them with these grips. This time I bought them instead of polished aluminum to compare the two types of grips. These black stainless steel knobs actually have a slightly more textured finish than the brushed aluminum, allowing for a slightly better grip and control. Overall, I can highly recommend them as a paring knife suitable for everyday use. They are really high quality, easy to care for and durable.
