Parchment paper has excellent non-stick properties that we use for many things: 1) Separating sugar cookies after baking to prepare them for freezing. We also use ziplock bags to separate the sugar cookies when they are placed in the freezer. 2) We buy meat in bulk from Costco and then use that parchment paper to make lime cookie sheets. Then, when the meat is frozen, it can be easily removed from the pan without sticking. We then place the frozen meat in Ziplocs.3) Can be used in a smoker if cutting paper is not available.
