Let's start with the pump: everything is fine. At full power it has a slight hum typical of most AIOs, but is virtually silent at 10V. The starting voltage is 5V, although it drops to 3V before stalling. I won't be doing performance testing here as I'm running out of tools and a 360mm AIO would probably be fine regardless of quality thanks to sheer brute force. But these fans, they're kind of terrible. Like, impressive terrible. The bearings are louder than even the cheap free fans you get from budget cases. They are so bad I had to look up what bearing CM used here and it completely changed my expectations. Normally I would have never thought that CM would supply a plain bearing at such a low price, but here we are. Not only are bushings the shortest life bearing type, they also cannot be used in a vertical position (such as on the front of a housing) without significantly reducing life. But it doesn't stop there, I've tested several other cheap sleeve bearing fans that have been sitting around and they are STILL noisier. I don't know what these camps are made of (remains of metal shavings? sawdust? cheese?), but they managed to earn the honorary title of "The Loudest Fan Camp in My Entire Collection" by ripping it down for free and unbranded have 80mm fan that came with a cheap case I got in the late 90's. Making this even more amusing is the fact that CM seems proud of these beasts and is loudly promoting them on the product page. I think they deserve credit for the nice case and built in vibration dampeners, but that doesn't matter when the bearing makes more noise than the fan itself. Of course, you get what you pay for and that's one of the perks. the cheapest 360mm all-in-ones on the market. I bought this on the assumption that I would probably replace the fans anyway, but even my lowest expectations were too high for these abominations. your track. Noctua Redux fans are a good budget choice, go for the high-pressure version. But if you plan to use it in configuration, look elsewhere. You can usually spend another $20-$30 to get quality AIO fans from other companies that have the right bearings. and to be honest, even things in this price range should at least have screw bearings so that they don't destroy themselves when used upright.
